How to use
Cleanse, apply a thin layer of serum or water-based gel, press once to pick a mode and choose a level (start on 1 for eyes, nose and mouth). Glide in slow upward strokes. Five minutes, then it stops itself. No counting, no overdoing it.

Which mode should I start with?
Start with MC, your everyday mode, for the first week while you learn the feel. Then try the other three.
What is each mode for?
Booster helps your serum absorb for a dewy-looking glow. MC gives cheeks and jawline a firmer, more defined look. Derma Shot adds definition along the jaw and cheekbones. Air Shot refines the look of pores on the nose, chin and T-zone.
What order should I use the modes in?
Air Shot first, on clean dry skin, two or three times a week. Then your serum, and Booster to help it sink in. MC and Derma Shot glide over whatever is left. Booster, MC and Derma Shot can be daily, five minutes each.
Do I need a special gel?
No. A thin layer of water-based gel or your usual moisturiser so the head glides.
Can I change the intensity?
Yes. Every mode has five levels. Start on level 1 for the thinner skin around the eyes, nose and mouth, and step up on cheeks and jaw as it feels right.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
It starts gentle. Every mode has five intensity levels, so begin on level 1 and move up as your skin gets used to it. It stops itself at five minutes. If you have a skin condition or are pregnant, check with your doctor first. Cosmetic use only.
Can I use all four modes around the eyes?
Yes, on level 1, with your eyes closed. Work the orbital bone rather than the eyelid, and don’t point Air Shot directly at the eye.
The LED seems very bright. Is that normal?
Yes, it’s meant to be. It’s visible light above 400 nm, not UV. Keep your eyes closed around the eye area, wipe excess product off the head, and don’t look straight into it.
Does it hurt?
It shouldn't. If it ever stings, add a little more gel or moisturiser.
Is it safe with retinol or acids?
Use it on nights you're not using strong actives, or check the user guide. Stop if your skin feels irritated.
How do I clean and charge it?
Wipe the head with a soft, slightly damp cloth after each use; don’t submerge it. A full charge takes about three hours over USB-C and gives you several weeks of five-minute sessions.
How soon will I notice a difference?
Most people notice fresher, smoother-feeling skin straight after a session. Give it a few weeks of regular use to judge how your skin looks.
What does the warranty cover?
One year against faults, handled in Australia. Contact us and we'll sort a repair or replacement.
