Wrong address?
Email us within an hour of ordering and we’ll fix it. Once the parcel is scanned we can’t redirect it, so please check the address at checkout.
Arrived damaged or missing something?
Email hello@mireva.com.au within 48 hours with your order number and a photo. We’ll replace it, no return needed.

Australia Post timeframes are estimates. If a parcel is more than five business days past its estimate, tell us and we’ll chase it or send another.
