Terms of service.
Plain English. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
1. Who we are. Mireva is operated from Melbourne, Australia. These terms apply to every order placed on this site. By ordering you agree to them.
2. The product. The Mireva Derma Booster Wand is a cosmetic skincare device for home use. It is not a medical device and makes no medical claims. Results described on this site are cosmetic (how skin looks and feels) and vary from person to person. Read the quick-start card before first use, and check with your doctor if you are pregnant, have a skin condition, a pacemaker or metal implants in the face.
3. Orders and payment. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. An order is accepted when we send a dispatch email; until then we may decline or cancel it (for example, a pricing error or stock issue) and refund in full. Payment is taken at checkout by card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Afterpay.
4. Delivery. As set out on our Delivery page. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you gave. Please check it at checkout; we can’t redirect a parcel once it has left.
5. Returns, refunds and warranty. As set out on our Returns & warranty page, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
6. Using the wand safely. Use it as directed, on clean skin, with a water-based product where the mode calls for it. Don’t use on broken skin, over an active rash or acne, or directly over the eyes. Stop if you feel discomfort. We’re not liable for misuse, or for use contrary to the instructions.
7. Content and photos. Everything on this site is ours or used with permission. Customer before-and-after photos are shown with the customer’s consent and are unretouched. If you send us your photos, you’re giving us permission to show them on this site and our social channels, credited by first name or anonymously as you prefer; email us any time to have them taken down.
8. Discounts and codes. One code per order, not valid on past purchases, and we may end a promotion at any time.
9. Liability. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the price you paid for it. This doesn’t exclude liability that can’t be excluded by law, including the consumer guarantees.
10. Changes and law. We may update these terms; the version on the site when you order applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
