Most people expect face tech to zap. That expectation is why so many devices end up in a drawer after one go. Microcurrent should feel like a soft hum, sometimes like nothing at all.
The short answer.
At the lowest level you might feel a faint warmth or nothing. That's normal, and it doesn't mean it isn't on. Step up one level at a time, over days, not minutes.
| level 1 | barely there |
| level 2 · start here | a soft hum |
| level 3–4 | a light tingle along the jaw |
| level 5 | a firm pulse, never painful |

Where to stop.
A sting or a sharp zap means one of two things: not enough gel or moisturiser, or a level that's too high for today. Add a little more glide first. If it still stings, turn it down.
